A Chrismas Pony From Wells Fargo

Merry Christmas
My Christmas present deposited at The Bank Of America in Punta Gorda Florida
got lost !
I opened a New Bank account at Wells Fargo and they gave me a nice little pony

The American Dream comes in different forms and Freedom of Spirit and Liberty gives us a choice as to what we chose to cherish. I am the youngest member of a large family with a Christian background so Christmas is particularly important to me.I see a lot of suffering in my part of Florida. Neighbours who have lost their homes and some who are losing their homes . Neighbours without food or jobs. There is no need to go to a third world country , misery is here right in The Sunshine State of America . I assisted a neighbour, gave him food, help cut his lawn,filled his vehicle with gas and gave him cash and then he stole some of my money...He is

spending Christmas in Jail as his bond was revoked , he was injecting drugs ...oh well no Christmas for him either!!! To make this Christmas even more unique The bank loses my sisters gift to me ! We each have our values and in my case I prefer this guy taking my money to that of the Bank Of America losing funds that I entrusted to them. CROOKED BANKS

When you go into a bank and take their money that is considered robbery

I bring a bonefide check into the Bank Of America in Punta Gorda Florida and deposit it to my account. A few days later I notice that my account was debited. The Bank lost the check and have no trace of it. I have a deposit slip but no money and no Christmas gift.

The way I perceive it is that I entrusted The Bank of America with my money and the owness is on them to look after it and it is their responsibility to process the transaction in good faith.

The check is good , it is from my sister and her husand and the funds are or were available that is not the issue . What happened to the money is up to the bank to research and trace. They have no right to impose the loss on me as a client.

I have started new accounts at Wells Fargo and will get rid of The Bank Of America.

Unfortunately I have to do this systematically as my internet and automatic payments all have to be changed. In this day and age we are trapped as we cannot simply just walk out.

I will be going to the small claims court and seeking action against The Bank Of America in Punta Gorda Florida. Beware of Banks and errors in your accounts ,we have been charged fees and interest at several intervals which were reversed when we pointed out the discrepencies , however ,what would have happened if we did not monitor our account meticulously ?

Goodbye Bank Of America this Christmas you burnt your candle at all ends from your Burnt Store Branch in Punta Gorda Florida

Once upon a time :The economy was very very bad in Florida and All that was left was The poor people The snowbirds and The banks. Many streets had no Christmas trees because the homes were owned by the banks.

Being semi- Floridian , My wealthy sister sent me a check as a Christmas present to add a bit of cheer to my life

This was deposited at BofA near us in Punta Gorda Florida at the Burnt Store Branch and a few days after the money was taken out of our account leaving us with only a deposit slip. Bof A lost the check and could not account for its whereabouts.

This is like a fairy tale and very sadly enough it is a true story this is how the bank handles my Christmas Gift . Like Fed x there is no sense of accountibility or responsibility in regards to clients and customer service.

Here comes the Judge ! small claims court that is !!!
